You can list your tickets for sale quickly and easily through our website. Follow these steps to create a listing:

  1. Log in to your account. (If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one first.)
  2. Click the "Sell Tickets" button located in the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Select the event you want to sell tickets for, or fill in the required information, including your ticket details (such as section, row, and seat number).
  4. Set your asking price and publish your listing.

Once your listing has been approved, it will be published on our marketplace and made available for buyers to view and purchase.

Can I Add Proof to My Listing?

Yes. When creating a listing, you can upload proof related to your ticket—such as a document containing the QR code—by using the “Upload a document proving ownership of the ticket” section.

Can I Set My Own Price?

However, the price must not be unrealistic, misleading, or manipulative. Our platform aims to maintain a fair marketplace structure.

Can I Create a Listing 1 Day Before the Event?

Yes, you can create a listing 1 day before the event; however, this feature is only available to users above a certain seller level.

On our platform, sellers are rated based on criteria such as sales history, on-time delivery, and buyer satisfaction. If your seller rating is sufficiently high, you may also be allowed to create listings less than 24 hours before the event.

What Should I Do After My Ticket Is Sold?

Once your ticket is sold, you will receive a notification email.

After the sale, you are required to upload the ticket through the “Sales” section in your account panel.

Will uploaded tickets be used before they are sold?

No. Tickets uploaded to the system cannot be used before a sale is completed. They are only shared with the buyer after the transaction is finalized.

When do I receive my sale earnings?

Payments to sellers are made within 10 days following the date of the event for which the ticket was sold.

This ensures that the buyer’s attendance at the event has been confirmed.

How is payment transferred?

Yes. The price you set represents the unit price per ticket.

If you are selling multiple tickets:

  • The price entered is per ticket
  • Total is calculated automatically as unit price × quantity
  • Buyers select quantity and the system calculates the total

What are the penalty terms?

Penalties are applied for late delivery, listing-mismatch tickets, non-delivery or valid-reason refunds. Amounts are determined dynamically by event category, country and the nature of the breach; they are reflected in the seller dashboard and notification at the moment of breach.
