Why do I see different prices for the same event?
Tickbull is a marketplace that connects ticket sellers with buyers. Therefore, ticket prices are determined directly by the sellers. Each seller has the freedom to set their own prices based on their costs or market conditions, and our platform does not interfere with these prices.
As demand for an event changes and the event date approaches, ticket prices may fluctuate according to supply and demand. This dynamic pricing is a natural part of how our marketplace operates.
How much is the service fee (commission)?
The service fee is determined dynamically based on the event category, country, seller type and demand. There is no fixed rate. The applicable rate for buyer and seller is shown as separate line items on the purchase / listing screen before payment.
Are taxes / VAT included in the listed price?
The unit ticket price shown on the listing is the seller's base price. Service fees, taxes and shipping (if any) are shown as separate line items at checkout; the total amount payable is displayed clearly on the confirmation screen.
Why Am I Seeing a Different Currency?
The currency displayed depends on the country where the event takes place. This approach ensures full compatibility with local payment systems and the pricing standards set by event organizers.
